In another architectural world wonder for Dubai , a planned 68 storey tower that will allow each of its floor to revolve 360 degrees in every 90 minutes and the best part is that each floor can rotate independently.

In skyscraper-crazy Dubai, tall isn’t enough. In a design to be unveiled today in the oil-rich emirate, David Fisher, an Italian-Israeli architect, has dreamed up a 68-story combination hotel, apartment and office tower where the floors would rotate 360 degrees. Each floor would rotate independently, creating a constantly changing architectural form according to Wall Street Journal.

Each storey of the tower is build like a doughnut shape and attach to the center core which will house elevators , emergency exits and other utilities. So how each floor can rotate independently is by using wind turbines placed between which generates needed power , and finally give each occupant to have 360 degrees great viewing. However, the spinning is much slower than what the video shown.
