An Australian doctor delivered a baby in mid-flight with just a basic first aid kit. Furthermore, the baby was delivered feet first in the complicated breech position. The doctor wondered at one point if he had needed to do a caesarean, would he have had to use a plastic knife? How about the umbilical cord?
