Abhishek, the son of Bollywood icon Amitabh Bachchan and actress Jaya Badhuri , in a gold-embroidered white sherwani, riding a horse with young boy as a pre-nuptical ritual while father Amitabh Bachchan looks on from Jalsa to Prateeksha , Mumbai , India.

The marriage procession is a customary for the bridegroom to travel to the bride’s house on a horse, accompanied by his family members.It is a rare but elaborate three-day ceremonies of Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan’s wedding. The sangeet, india’s cultural singing with instrumental accompaniement held at Amitabh’s bungalow in suburban Juhu , Prateeksha.The guest lists are of media and film personalities , India’s rich and famous , politicians , industrialists and of course huge turns of their feverished fans.

Indeed , it was deemed as India’s wedding of the year , the biggest celebration in the country. Hundreds of goats would be sacrificed for the well being of couple and perhaps this special day would mark the next India’s public holiday.

Aishwarya’s secretary, who has been with the Bollywood star since she joined the film industry, is willing to serve the actress as long as she wants.

“It is absolutely left to Abhishek and Aishwarya to decide. I have been with her since she joined the industry and would continue supporting her and rendering my services, if she needed,” Hari Singh said from Mumbai when asked whether he would continue as Aishwarya’s secretary after her marriage.

Singh could not hide his emotions while describing Aishwarya’s marriage as his “happiest moment” in his life.

Richard Gere fame of “Pretty Woman” planted a hollywood style kiss on ours girl Shilpa Shetty cheek

In an Aids Awarenes Program held in New Delhi for trucker , Mr.Richard Gere uncompromising driving the impact of danger of HIV by repeatedly kissing her hands , hugged her and finally bent her over to kiss on her cheek to the great cheered support from the fan , and much to the embarassment of Shelpa Shetti but she carried on gracefully without making much of the scene .When Gere took to the mic, he led the crowd to a “No condom, No sex” chant in Hindi.

In a country where public displays of affection is the taboo , public protests can be seen in the form of beating and burning of Richard Gere effigies with sticks as well as burning Miss Shilpa Shetty pictures and demanding their apologies.However , Ms Shilpa Shetty reacted that this acts may be a little bit too much and defending that this is his culture not ours and is not in anyway obscened but entertaining.
