A 20-year-old blind man was driving in the town at Tartu with the help from a 16-year-old passenger who sitting next to him to give instructions and tell directions. He was then stopped by a policeman and later the policeman only found out he was blind. It was happened in a Sunday morning and police arrested him immediately.

“At first they thought he was just drunk, but the man kept missing the tube for the breath test, then they realized he was blind,” Tartu Police spokeswoman Marge Kohtla said.
