“But she is beginning to put on muscle and weight on her back as she grows,” Williams said, the owner of Tina. “She still has at least two years of growth and could reach 21 hands.”

Tina who weights at 1600 pounds will be measured later this month by representatives of the Guinness World Records at her owner’s bed-and-breakfast in Niota to recognize as world’s tallest horse.
