In a conservative country where half of the population is under the age of 30, and temporary marriage is a God’s rule, the only gateway to avoid extramarital sex and prostitution.
After 1979 Islamic revolution, prostitution as well as sexual relations outside of marriage was banned in Iran where sexual frustration is not uncommon.

However, hardline interior minister is encouraging temporary marriage known as sigheh which is an alternative route to circumvent the law. It is a lawful contract between man and woman but has been frowned upon as a means towards prostitution through money exchange dowry and to where they are allowed to spend from even few hours, to few days or agreeable length of time.

Not only that, the temp marriage also brings forth to some poor women and widow own subsistence to support themselves. The critics called it as another way to prostitution and exploit by the rich men to aggravate the country moral values.

Probably the screwing and screwing doesn’t help in the long term so does the abstinence of self fantasy. So, perhaps it is from the Koran which does have laws of sex or just make it up.
But, the fact is temp marriage because of to get to the hang of sexual flings may be the only answer to the Muslim world or can be ostracized outright.
