The American R&B singer was performing a song “Ring The Alarm” but she didn’t realised that the “alarm” was to warn her that something is going to happen. Beyonce Knowles was wearing high heels and a red trench coat. She tripped and fell head-first down twelves steps from the stairs at the stage in the middle of this song.
