Seeing the following bird nest cleaning & making process. I think i not dare to eat it anymore.

The cleaning process was full of chemical. All those chemical are bad for health. Especially the chemical used for the process to whiten the bird nest i.e
– H2O2 – to remove odour
– SO2 & SO3 – to whiten the colour
All those chemicals will cause the cancer.
