A man has been charged with robbery for snatching false teeth from another man’s mouth during a fight.

The 62-year-old accuse, Robert Henry Stahl, was charged on Sept. 20, 2007 in Delaware Circuit Court with felony robbery and battery causing bodily injury. If convicted of robbery, he could face two to eight years in prison.

The incident happened when the victim, Billie Townsend, 56, went to a bar to pay Robert Henry Stahl money that he owed him. But he was asked to go outside by Stahl and he started punching him.

During the fight, Stahl put Townsend in a headlock and removed his false teeth from his mouth and said, “You ain’t getting these back.”

Robert Henry Stahl did not attend the first hearing and another hearing was scheduled for Oct. 22, 2007.
