The new prototype 52 inches Sharp TV is only 2cm thick and consumes less than half the power of its current model. What’s more, it has a better contrast ratio of 100,000:1. However, the high bandwidth signal requires millimeter wave which means line of sight has to be maintained between transmitter and television. So, its data transmission of several megabytes per seconds could be disrupted if any movement of hand is crossing the signal line.
