Nicole Richie Receives Jail Sentence after Paris Hilton

Celebrity Nicole Richie pleaded guilty on Friday, and was sentenced to four days in County Jail for her charge for driving under the influence of drugs on December. This is the latest celebrity sentenced after Paris Hilton who spent 48 days in Jail.

Nicole Richie, 25, the daughter of singer Lionel Richie, accompanied by bodyguards and boyfriend, singer Joel Madden, to court. She was wearing a lose-fitting black shift dress with big sunglasses. She is several months pregnant now and must serve her time in jail by the end of September 28.

Nicole Richie was also fined $2,048, placed on three years probation and was ordered to attend a 21-day alcohol rehabilitation program. She will sentence up to a year in jail if found violates her probation that was set to begin next month.
