Actor, producer and director Mel Gibson has sold his 7,000 square feet (650 square meters) Malibu beachside mansion for nearly 30 million dollars to an unnamed buyer, reported by Los Angeles Times. The mansion comes with a sterling view of the Pacific, is a Mediterranean-styled home built in 1981 with six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a gym, a pool, a wine cellar, and 155 feet (47 meters) of prime ocean beachfront in the exclusive colony.

The location of the mansion is the favorite place of Hollywood’s rich and famous. He bought it four years ago for 24 million dollar; he makes 6 million dollars for the sale.

The buyer was not identified. According to reports Mel Gibson sold a 28 rooms mansion in upscale Greenwich, Connecticut for 39.5 million. But he bought a 162-hectare (400-acre) cattle ranch in Costa Rica in May for nearly 26 million dollars.
