Ashlee Simpson was born on October 3, 1984 in Waco, Texas to Joe and Tina Simpson. Ashlee is the younger sister of pop star Jessica Simpson & she was dancing professionally on the road with Jessica by 14 years old. Ashlee Simpson has been preparing for a career in entertainment since she was just a little kid.

The American pop singer, Ashlee Simpson rose to prominence in mid-2004 through the success of her No.1 debut album Autobiography in US and the accompanying reality series The Ashlee Simpson Show. In addition, Ashlee Simpson received the “Song of the Summer” award for “Pieces of Me”, as well as the “Fresh Face” award at  the 2004 Teen Choice Awards.
