Rain’s latest movie, “I am a Cyborg, but that’s OK“, gets premiered in the Hong Kong International Film Festival on 19th March 2007. The movie did receive an outstanding creative award in the competition session at the 57th Berlin Film Festival earlier this month. The Korean Wave actor, Rain was just in Hong Kong last January for a concert as part of his World Tour Concert. In fact, he injured himself in the 3rd concert but he still managed to finish the performance with huge applaud from the audiences.

The Hong Kong International Film Festival opened with two movies; the Hong Kong movie, “Eye in the Sky” by Yau Nai-hoi and South Korean movie, “I’m a Cyborg, But That’s OK” by Park Chan-wook. The festival will continue through April 11, showcasing over 300 local and international films from about 40 countries including 16 world premiers and 22 Asian premiers. It is expected to attract some 300,000 people.
