Annie Leibovitz described David Beckham as ‘a very determined actor’
Together with other celebrities, David Beckham was photographed in roles of Disney movie characters last month during a “Year of a Million Dreams” promotion for Walt Disney theme parks.
The former England soccer team’s captain was photographed as the prince from the fairytale, Sleeping Beauty, astride a white horse and fighting a fire-breathing dragon. The photos were taken at a lake near Madrid by famed photographer Annie Leibovitz. The photos will appear in magazines such as Vanity Fair and Vogue in March.
The 31-year-old Real Madrid’s midfielder has signed a deal with Los Angeles Galaxy club from US recently. Moving to US might be another new career path for this charming footballer.
After the announcement on the move to LA Galaxy, Real Madrid’s coach has mentioned that David Beckham will not be allowed to play frontlines for Real Madrid. Another “loser” in Real Madrid, Ronaldo, is not as lucky as David Beckham. He is still in the midst of looking for a new team after being frozen by the coach. Most probably he will join AC Milan in Italy.

The Year of a Million Dreams is a celebration taking place at the theme parks of the Disneyland Resort in California and the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida from October 1, 2006 through December 31, 2007. The festivities are part of a global branding campaign created by Walt Disney Parks and Resorts called Where Dreams Come True.
