Chinese Artist Painted His Own Daughter’s Into The Nude Painting
Interesting Stuff, Wonderful ThingsWould you agree if your daughter get naked to get their nude painting created? Well in this case, an Chinese artist did painted his daughter’s while his daughter’s is “in the buff”. Li Zhuangping is a Sichuan artist and his daughter’s name is Li Qin.
While this has created wave of controversy in the Chinese media. Li Qin said that she only willing to be in her father’s oil paintings and do not want to appear in other ways such as film, photography, etc. Li Qin said: ‘My father was researching on creating an image of an Oriental goddess at that time. He found that I possessed the classical beauty of an Oriental female, so i agreed to do the painting. Many people think that this is morally wrong but Li Zhuangping and his daughter explain that this is purely for art and they did that after they get a permission from Li Zhuangping’s wife aka Li Qin’s mother. Li Zhuangping’s wife also also agreed and also said that she is “pretty envious” of her daughter for being able to use such a artistic and beautiful way to capture her youth, an opportunity she sadly did not have when she was young and beautiful before. Both father and daughter insisted that their intentions were pure and just, so what’s the fuss? The theme they are using is “Oriental Goddess Mountain Spirit Series”.
Try to imagine what if China famous director Ang Lee casting his own daughter as Wong Chia Chi in the film Lust, that will created a big controversy.
