iLuv has unveils two in-ear headphone sets that cater for Apple owners. The higher-end iEP515 and basic iEP315 both are primarily treated as upgrades for the iPhone 3GS with an in-line remote and microphone in addition to passive noise reduction through its design. Their controls are also supported on the third-generation iPod shuffle, second-generation iPod classic and fourth-generation iPod nano as well as the iPod touch, where the microphone also works.

The iEP515 set has a more ergonomic and attractive translucent design than the IEP315. The iEP315 will cost about as much as Apple’s above-ear counterparts at $30, while the iEP515 should cost $60. iLuv also has an adapter in development, the iEA15, that will add the remote and mic to most portable headphones for an unknown price and ship date
