Derek Ladner, 57, from Cornwall is a lucky lottery player who shared the 2.4 million jackpot with the other four tickets. But a week later he found a second identical ticket in his wallet and realized he had accidentally bought the ticket twice. Just because of his mistake, he had doubled his share of the jackpot to nearly 1 million pounds for the same draw.

Derek and his wife Dawn, 60, used to buy lottery with their usual numbers. But he didn’t realized that he had entered the ticket twice in the mid-week draw. And now he has double-share for the 2.4 million pounds jackpot which worth nearly one million pounds.

The couple had quit from work and are taking a break to plan how to spend their windfall. They are going on holiday first and then planning for the rest of their lives.
