Exercise Naked at Dutch Gym

Wanna to sweat it out but feel irritating with your wet clothes? Don’t worry, just sign up as a member of a Dutch gym, you can have the first clothing-free workout session at Heteren, eastern Netherlands.

Surprisingly, the response was so good. Many people especially middle-aged and elderly men were enjoyed work out naked in the gym. The exercise room was packed with photographers, TV crews and reporters who jostled for interviews and pictures on “Naked Sunday” while the naked men were working out with the machines and free weights.

Eight women had signed up as members but none of them showed up on “Naked Sunday”.

But there is no group aerobics or naked instructors in the gym. Staffers were not naked but wore aprons with a naked body painted on.
