94-year-old Grandmother Receives Master’s Degree

A 94-year-old grandmother who quit school at 12 is the world’s oldest person to receive a university master’s degree. The great grandmother Phyllis Turner from Sydney was attended her graduation ceremony at Adelaide University on August 2, 2007.

Her learning spirit makes her very energetic and she enjoyed studying very much. She is a best example to the youngsters that learning will never end, even a 94-year-old grandma can graduated from University.
