He Pingping, measures 73 centimeters (2 feet and 5 inches) shakes hands with just married world’s tallest man, Bao Xishun, who stands 2.36 meters (7 feet and 9 inches), in Baotou, China’s Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region on July 13, 2007. He Pingping, 19-year-old, congratulated Bao Xinshun for his first marriage.

He Pingping is applying for the Guinness World Record as the world’s shortest man.
