She wore sexy short black skirt arrives for the Chelsea Paint The Town Blue party in Beverly Hills, California. Chelsea is currently on their pre-season soccer training tour and is in California to play Los Angeles Galaxy on July 21.
Paris Hilton had hoped to meet David Beckham and wife Victoria. As this couple failed to turn up to this invite-only event, her hopes of meeting them were dashed.
When asked whether she is a fan of soccer game, she replied: “Yes, I have to say yes!”
