Consumers are deciding not to or even hold off on upgrading to Windows Vista despite of otherwise sales figure according to a new study from Harris Interactive.

Microsoft says that Vista is becoming the fastest-selling OS in the company’s history with sales amounted to some 20 million copies record in the first month of release.

However , the sales has not stopped Microsoft from making handsome profit due to the fact the home basic version cost though is $99 but its expensive ultimate edition which most people is upgrading to its cost of $295.95 , which is good news for Microsoft but the bad news is that anti-vista press consumers are still comfortable and sticking to Windows XP according to BellNews.

So what is your choice then? Be an early adopter or late follower or even stayput.
