Jet Li will be in the Mummy 3

The Mummy 3 will begin its production soon and is scheduled for a release mid 2008. The film’s name will be Mummy: Curse of the Dragon.

Jet Li would be starring as the villainous character in the film directed by Rob Cohen. This third series will begin in ancient China before moving forward to a post-second world war setting. There will also be one sequence which involves the famous 2,200-year-old terracotta warriors, the collection of more than 8,000 men and their horses that were originally constructed to protect the tomb of an emperor.

Michelle Yeoh will be starring in the movie as well.

Jet Li will also be acting with Jackie Chan in another movie which was branded as The J & J Project.

Jet Li’s last movie, Fearless is nominated for the 26th Hong Kong Film Award which will be held mid of next month.
