For the sake of donation for South Asian tsunami victims, famous photographer, Lesslie Kee, gathered 300 Chinese superstars for a controversial photography stint which portrayed the stars in various revealing and half naked poses. Amongst the stars involved were Vivian Hsu, Lin Chiling, Andi Chi-On Hui, Edison Chen, Shu Qi, Aaron Kwok, Zhang Zhi Yi, Hu Jun, Maggie Q, Sammi Cheng, Maggie Cheung, Tony Leung, Daniel Wu, Chi Lam, etc.

The organizer had given assurance to the stars that some of the more sexually explicit photos would not be published, but these ultimately ended up in the exhibition without the stars’ consent. The photos were compiled into a book which retailed at US$300. Yet only US$20 went towards the donation fund, and this was queried by many people. Many critics also questioned the necessity to exploit sex for charity.
